The staff are amazing. They were always welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clearly renovated from an older style, but tastefully so. The room felt fresh and bright. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices,some of which changed daily. Bus service right outside if you need it and 5 min walk to a substantial supermarket and a Starbucks at the Sheraton, ( if you have to have one). Opposite direction a quick bus ride or Uber to Tarrytown, (closer that White Plains as it turned out), a stunning little town with lots of eateries, some bespoke shops and nive riverside park walk.

The staff is exceptional. Upon arrival at my room, housekeeping saw me struggling to open my door with the programed key and came quickly to help me in. This same person complimented my outfit when we rode in the elevator together that night. "Oh, I love your dress, and the shoes look great with it. You really look good." The next morning she said, "Hi. You did it again. That top is so pretty, and I love the color on you." At breakfast, when the hostess was putting out fresh breakfast sandwiches, she asked me if I would like one from her platter before she put them in the serving dish.

Staff exceptionally capable and helped me adjust a reservation error after an exhausting day of traveling, and continued to be friendly and competent Suite was comfortable and surprisingly large. I stayed three nights and felt comfortable. Requests were accommodated quickly (All this was a good contrast to the hotel I stayed the night before in Albany!) There was a nice wooded view from my lower suite--the hotel is built into a hill so two floors are below the lobby.)

We asked for more lamps and brighter light bulbs and they sent a technicion right up and brought us what we needed. We had a sluggish drain, and again, they rectified that right away. What ever we asked for they provided in a timely and very pleasant manner. The free breakfast was extensive and tasty, with helpful staff in attendance

Stay was excellent. Everything was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Parking was a breeze. Staff were SUPER NICE and so accommodating. I requested extra towels and pillows on the app and they received the request AND asked if that was enough for me. Breakfast was excellent. Overall an amazing choice.
